Basic Website Package. Laurel Creek includes the following services in the Basic Website Package:

• E-mail/phone/personal consultation (free):  Up to two hours total general internet orientation education, marketing strategy and web design consultation. This can be done by phone but our preference is to meet you at Mojoe's Coffeehouse in Damascus so we can look at a variety of websites as we discuss what you would like to do.


• Assistance with the purchase of a domain name. Your cost for this will be between $10 and $20 annually , payable to the domain registrar. We will walk you through this process and provide advice as needed, or purchase the name for you and assign ownership to you, with the amount added to your fee.


• Assistance with choosing a hosting company. Your cost for this will be between $50 and $70 annually, payable to the hosting company. It is crucial you have a hosting company which is responsive to your needs, and we will help you find a trusted hosting service.


• Taking photos of your business on-site. We will come to your place of business and take the photos needed for your website. This is limited to one visit, so before this happens we will have an agreement on what photos are to be taken.
  
  
• Formatting of text supplied by the client , 200 words per page approximate maximum if not supplied via diskette or e-mail. Web pages of more than 1,200 words of text may be subject to additional fees, especially if they require a great deal of formatting.
  
  
• Links to external pages, up to an average of three per page.
  
  
• Formatting of photos and other miscellaneous graphic images supplied by client, up to an average of five included per page.


• Installation of web pages on the client's web hosting service.


• Minor updates and changes to existing web pages for three months or for five changes. Additional changes will be billed at hourly rate, after obtaining your permission.


• Site publicity and submission to at least six search engines.


• E-mail response link on client-selected pages to any e-mail address the client designates.

Cost of Basic Website Package: $350. This does not include your separate costs of annual domain name ownership and annual hosting services.
